Summit Park Assisted Living is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting the public cheerfully and assisting with their requests
Answering the telephone with good telephone etiquette
Assisting Department heads with "New Hire" paperwork
Creating and updating records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Monitoring and ordering supplies for the building
Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues
Coordinating events and activities with other departments
Sorting mail and delivering it to the residents

Skills required for position:
Experience in another relevant administrative role
Professionalism
Excellent math and cash handling skills
Working knowledge of office equipment
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
